At Property.com, we offer SMS (text message) communication as a convenient way for you to interact with our team. Our messaging service is conversational only, which means:
- You initiate contact by texting our toll-free number
- We respond to your specific inquiries and questions
- Our representatives may follow up on conversations you’ve started
- We do not send unsolicited promotional messages or marketing campaigns
Messaging Is Optional
Using our SMS messaging service is completely optional and not required to use any Property.com, services. You can always choose to contact us through other channels, including:

- In-person at our offices

Opt-In Process
To start using our SMS service:
- Text “START” to any Property.com messaging number
- You will receive a message asking you to confirm your opt-in
- Reply “YES” to provide your explicit consent
- You will receive a confirmation message once your opt-in is complete
Your consent applies only to the specific number you contacted.
How to Opt-Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time by simply replying “STOP” to any message we send you. After opting out:
- You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out
- You will no longer receive any SMS messages from our number
- Your opt-out will not affect your access to any Property.com services
If you wish to resume SMS communication with us in the future, you can text “START” to our number again to restart the opt-in process.
Message and Data Rates Disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages sent to and from Property.com. These rates are determined by your wireless carrier and messaging plan. Property.com does not charge any additional fees for sending or receiving text messages with our service.

Our SMS services are supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
